Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by using the link in your confirmation email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
How long are appointments?
Appointment duration varies depending on the service you select. Consultation appointments typically run 30 minutes, Quick Service appointments are 15-20 minutes, and Full Service appointments can be 45-60 minutes. Specific durations are listed when you book.
